does not exist neither does the house it is in, I have still not received a census form so went online to request one, my address could not be found, so was told to enter just the post code, every house on my street came up on a list except mine and the house next door, so rang the census line and they do not have my address listed anywhere, which is why obviously why I did not receive one, so person at other end of the phone did not know what to suggest lol

try sending an email to them or best still fone them

i actually got 2 send to me 1 from the flat above me

bet you still have to pay council tax, t.v licence, water and other utilities, bummer if your flat doesn't officially exist

i rent out my house and live in my mobile home by the sea ...i havnt received a census form so im not going to be counted unless i go and stay with my family for the day ??

Unfortunately to every other authority and service provider it does exist, even the council, whom when I contacted them about it, told me they have nothing to do with the census
