A middle aged man living at home with his parents leering after nubile young females? Can't think why it hasn't been remade to be honest

The one programme I've been saying for years should come back actually is next year ... Twin Peaks.

Half of me is excited, the other half is thinking "never go back" - I'll be so disappointed if it's a bit of a let down. Some times it's better to leave them alone and let dewy eyed nostalgia reign.

Other programmes I can think of - Runaround, Cheggers Plays Pop, and maybe Saved by the Bell, the crack whore years

Canterbury

Love thy neighbour...using Eastern Europeans, canned laughter and a poor script littered with racist undertones.

Or Stingray....using George W Bush as 'Phones' and John Travolta as 'Troy Tempest'.

UFO - I've only seen some but think there weren't that many made. It definitely seemed like a fantastic series.

(Messaged this in error to the op - sorry )

I saw an episode about 20 years ago, it had dated really badly. A new series with up to date effects and purple wigs would be awesome.

And a new Captain Scarlet

If I watched much TV I'd rather they made new programs rather than rehash old ones. Remakes very rarely end well

Mr Benn, never realised when watching the moral undertones or the conflict saving that went on, very deep!

It was in about 1975 and was quite disturbing for a children's programme, it was the electricity pylons that scared me

They couldn't do porridge without Ronnie barker, it just wouldn't be the same.
