I'm been swinging on and off for almost 10 years. When I first started the average couples age was 45 , and a younger couple would be considered 30-35.

Now I see many couples in their 20's and guys that are 18-25.

To these couples and younger single guys and girls.. What attracted you to swinging?

At 18-25 I was swimming in sex at university

well I'm a sex addict who isn't looking for a relationship because I struggle with them and like the nsa with swinging because most of the women I fuck have a husband already so it seemed a good fit. I wouldn't say it was mainstream if you saw some of the responses I get on tinder when I suggest to take a girl to a swinging club though.

I dont know if we count as a "younger couple" but we were drawn to it because we talked about fantasies and researched it and found that it isn't that hard to make them a reality.

It makes sense that generations become progressively more sexually liberated and compared to 20/30 years ago I would expect it to be more common.

Would I say it's mainstream? Certainly not. If it were I wouldn't be hiding my face.

I was doing this in my 20s but it was much harder back them

You had to send letters and photos and wait for the post man for a reply

It was long winded so wasn't attractive to the masses

Plus not everybody wanted to be seen buying contact magazines

Now days it's all the click of a button

yes an I do, not easy getting 1 night stands though as a lot want the romance wining and dining etc and it can be more expensive a night out compared to going a swingers club where I can play with multiple women in 1 night doing things normal girls wouldn't let me aswell for relatively cheap entrance fee.

The Internet had made it much more accessible and numbers have consequently grown. I wouldn't go as far to say it is mainstream but people now have more avenues to explore their sexuality from a younger age.

I guess nowadays people see it as an easy way to meet people. I wouldn't have dreamt about actively searching out strangers for sex in my younger years. I wouldn't have had the time as i had a strong friendship base and i didn't spend many evenings at home during my late teens and 20s. I think i only went home to eat (sometimes) sleep (sometimes) and get changed! I think times have changed with the widespread use of the internet. It's easier to follow this lifestyle and easier to find out about what's out there. I doubt i would ever have had the courage to answer an ad in a magazine!

As a teen & early twenties i enjoyed the chase if i spotted a lady i liked but now its easier to turn on the computer & pick people you want to have fun with.

I see more action now than i ever did when younger so if i had known about swinging then i would have jumped at the chance, 10 years back the average age was about 40 as most people that age were happy with their sex lives but wanted to experiment in naughtier things.

Starting too young in swinging could cause problems later because what else is there to try lol, internet & mobile devices have made swinging as easy as ordering a take away so i suppose people any age will take advantage of it.

i am finding more nice people tbh, used to avoid everyone but trusting people a bit more coz i'm sure not everyone is an arsehole but it's getting hard to find genuinely real people.
