Yay..... I did it

It went as well as could be expected for a fifty year old woman lol. I didn't quite look like the younger girls though.

I had a fun day even though I'm covered in bruises now which I'll have a tough job explaining away

My friend has her own pole in her house and I keep having a little go on it. I'd love to do lessons. There are a couple of awesome plus size pole fitness girls I've seen on YouTube.
