So WW3 wasn't a lie? £4800 per family worse off? The end of western civilisation as we know it?

Even DianecAbbit and Alex Salmond admitted that the Remain campaign made just as many false threats and lies as the brexiters......but any one with three or more brain cells knew that anyway.

Vote is over.....live with it and make the most of it!

Well we now know that BREXIT isn't going to reduce immigration because they've said so. We also now know that BREXIT isn't going give £350 million a day that they said they would save from our EU subscription because they've now said that figure was wrong.

Whether BREMAIN actually exaggerated the economic consequences of leaving still remains to be seen. The fact that you didn't believe it doesn't necessarily make it a lie.

Shock horror .... politicians lie, who knew.

Both sides told their versions of the "truth", entwined with ongoing propaganda.

The future would be uncertain no matter which way the vote went, and the propaganda and resignations would still be occurring if the vote went the other way.

But no one in BREMAIN actually said that leaving the EU would cause WW III or bring about the end of Western Civilization, they were just BREXIT false allegations. More BREXIT lies basically.

No actually it isn't wake the fuck up

The country has actually been run , steered guided by generally reasonable people just trying to run a country upsetting as few tribes of UK humans as possible and despite silly attitudes silly paper talk and of course inevitable mistakes they on both sides for a number of years have done far better than ever credited for because much of daily government is done by normal civil servants

Now lets look we have a country with no one running it and if someone does decided to try , they have no plan , no civil service advice , and no opposition they have just exploded

I despair , my head is in its hands and I dislike and can't look at 60 percent of the idiots who live in my area

My main sadness it that I share a land space with so many people I cannot reason with

I'm fairly well off , I will be closing my business making 10 out voters redundant and moving myself to a multi cultural area of the world where I can look nice humans in the eye xxx

Donald Tusc actually said directly, on TV that a bred it would be the end of Western civilisation as we knew it....directly and explicitly this.

Cameron said that the chance of war in Europe would be greatly increased by our exit. Osbourne stated there would be a £4800 hit for every family in the UK. But totally made up a figure for GDP in 15 years time and then divided by the number of families cure belt resident (so basically totally bollocks)

Then UK will still be a nett contributor as it will of course have to pay for its access to the common market

UK plc works by taking tax receipts off gdp, hazard a guess how much that will fall per year

Oh yes the UK will now be a nett contributor , have to follow EU standards for exports have zero say upon those standards or other matters such as , food shortages , energy solutions and pollution and less cash as gdp is suppressed not least because UK plc will have less immigrants thus produce less and it's costs will be higher

Oh goody xxx

in a swingleton and on here a unicorn per chance - I have a brain and was a part time bar maid for 15 years so my cross was ""in and out and in and out and in and out ... Why don't you do it again ,,,, again again " oh yes I'm greedy but not for politics or alcohol xx

Is any other leave voter beginning to really resent the constant personal abuse we are getting just for disagreeing with the remain side

I voted to remain and I'm embarrassed at some of the shit that's being said now. As far as I'm concerned, we all had a vote. Now we get on and do what has to be done and stop bloody whinging "

Not really sure . I think for the children of the future the UK needs to change its mind

There is nothing to get along with other than rejoining the EU, but without any democratic say

I don't think it unreasonable to articulate why leaving is beyond foolish in the vague hope enough will see sense and article 50 is not invoked

My sick side says fuck you I'm alright but I'm too caring

"As predicted by anyone with half a brain.

The Brexit campaign was a campaign of lies.

Integrity out of the window.

How many Brexits are now thinking

'Oooops'

So WW3 wasn't a lie? £4800 per family worse off? The end of western civilisation as we know it?

Even DianecAbbit and Alex Salmond admitted that the Remain campaign made just as many false threats and lies as the brexiters......but any one with three or more brain cells knew that anyway.

Vote is over.....live with it and make the most of it!

Getting bored of sour grapes now!

But no one in BREMAIN actually said that leaving the EU would cause WW III or bring about the end of Western Civilization, they were just BREXIT false allegations. More BREXIT lies basically.

Donald Tusc actually said directly, on TV that a bred it would be the end of Western civilisation as we knew it....directly and explicitly this.

"

Donald Tusc was not a member of the remain campaign and what he actually said was

"- If Britons vote to leave the European Union in a June 23 referendum it could be the beginning of the end for the 28-nation bloc and for western political civilization more generally"

Not even close to being the same thing.

"

Cameron said that the chance of war in Europe would be greatly increased by our exit.

"

He did say something similar to that. This is the full quote.

"However unpalatable it might be for the Brexiters, another European war is a far more likely scenario with Britain out of Europe."

That's his opinion. An opinion I also happen to agree with. The fact that you may think otherwise does not make it a lie. And nowhere does he say anything about WW III like you said he said.

"

Osbourne stated there would be a £4800 hit for every family in the UK. But totally made up a figure for GDP in 15 years time and then divided by the number of families cure belt resident (so basically totally bollocks)

#wheresgideon?"

.

I agree that the £4300 (not £4800) is misleading because it's based only on GDP the actual real amount per household based on a loss in GDP would be closer to £1200. However the forecast it's based on was as good as any forecast. As with all forecasts it's a prediction so can not be said to be either truthful or not, it can only be said to credible or credulous.

I really don't think anything that could be considered 'personal abuse' has been said on this thread and certainly not in the OP's OP.

So saying that anyone with half a brain would have seen through the lies is not personal then?"

Jeez. Enough with treating this like a fucking football result! "You lost - get over it!", "Stop whinging!" etc.

Do you not understand that this decision has *huge* ramifications for all of us? And you expect people who don't like the way it's going to just quietly accept it all? Because stifling opposing _iews is *so* healthy for a society isn't it?

A little bit more grace all round - from both triumphalist Leavers and shocked Remainers wouldn't go amiss. Hell - 5 months ago those tags didn't even exist, so stop acting like you're suddenly the supporters of some cup-winning fucking football team and understand that ALL of us have to deal with the consequences.

If you believe the result is so brilliant, rather than dismissing the genuine concerns of others, address them and give some reassurance. Explain why it's all going to be ok. With facts and logic and real things; not UKIP soundbites and empty platitudes. The school-ground 'Ha! We won! Suck it up!' attitude is utterly risible and does those who voice it no favours whatsoever.

guess you don't believe in Democracy;

the belief in freedom and equality between people, or a system of government based on this belief, in which power is either held by elected representatives or directly by the people themselves:

Cameron never said it, BREXIT claimed he said it. I've already quoted exactly what Cameron said, maybe you should check your own fact before calling someone a liar.

"Jeez.

Another thing one of David Cameron's election pledges was to have a referendum , he chose it chose the day and date ... Would have thought he would have had a plan set by if the result didn't go as he wished .. Poor government by him and his cronies

There were lies from both sides but what is so much worse is that there was fear-mongering too. A lot of that from Remain. That was biblically stupid. Both sides were asked time and time again for just facts. WWIII? No, that's NATO not the EU. Trade.... Europe won't want to stop selling to us and politicians won't risk their next election result on ruining sales from their country. We can now also trade elsewhere without it being blocked by one country in Europe.

It's not the end of the world and there is no need for panic. Petty sniping at Leave voters is hardly constructive and I despair when I see comments from people who think this is game over. We still have a strong economy, even if we're "only" 6th in the world now.

Pound dropping? I understand markets can go down as well as up. People spreading fear are helping that happen so let's try looking forward with hope rather than back in anger.

Oh and the BBC and the Guardian are not the only news sources available out there, try other opinions.

"The pound is falling sharply in Asian markets right now!

Stock markets are also falling across Asia.

The full implications of BREXIT haven't even started to be felt yet.

If it takes 2 years to sort it there'll be a lot of turmoil before things begin to settle. the damage will be far to deep in 2 years tho

Friends of mine mentioned their pensions over the weekend (I feel very irresponsible for not having one), I thought to myself I couldn't care less about your pension "

Luckily a significant number of people do care about their pensions . The current drops in the stock market are only short term and history suggests that the stock market will be 80 % higher in five years time.

The management of pensions is crucial to your future.

The correct vote

I can't understand everyone's sense of remorse.

We now have the opportunity to regain all the powers that were stripped of us when joining the Eu

We can create laws on who and when enters the uk whether it be to work or visit

We can make good the money that has been passed across the water in areas best suited to our great country.

We can vote in or out our government every few years should they not be to everyone's liking.

All this talk of tread deals etc. We don't need them !!! Britain manufactures high end precision items within industry's and not low cost clothing etc. Don't think for a minute that the purchasers of these goods oversees are suddenly going to stop buying them.

World markets are better to trade in. Better than a non expanding eu led market.

Is mr bmw or Audi going to stop importing there cars into the uk. I don't think so. Is land rovers products suddenly not going to be desireable over the water. I don't think so either.

As for banks well why shoul we care about them. Have people forgotten about the endless calls To there banks to be spoken to by call centres in India and the Philippines. Banks are far from the loyal British brands they portray to be.

The list goes on.

Now I may be wrong but I really feel this is a chance for the uk to flourish again and become the true Great Britain it so rightly is.

P.s I'm a Scot and no I don't want to be independent.

While you were letting others influence you by playing on your biased assumptons, i was basing it on what i posted earlier. Fundamentals e.g democratic principles. If you dont like it then tough. If anyone voted to remain i respect that. Shame that some are small minded enough to try to have a go at exiters by accusations of racism, or little Englanders.

You are right that the current oil price is low but at $50 per barrel there are a good few oil companies currently manufacturing for less than the $50 and still have good margines. The oil industry has been way top heavy for far to long. I think now we will see the industry operate at a more realistic level.

Again this is merely my opinion which Some might _iew as not correct. I'm not here to create anger or upset in my _iews either.
