Well anyone who can offer advice on my new laptop.. won't find the internet keeps saying limited..

Start at the very beginning ....in settings is wifi turned on and connected

Press Windows key + X + a to launch command prompt

Type

netsh int ip reset C:/resetlog.txt

reboot laptop

could be your internet provider if the above doesn't work, mine goes limited for a while then works after a reset.

try turning your router off for a minute then back on again. even call them up on their freephone number, might need resetting their end.
