The costs of private counciling

I'm trying to look into the costs involved in getting counciling for a trans gender teenager, the NHS won't refer him until he's 16 so I wondered what thee costs involved would be to go private

Anyone have any ideas?

If you poke around, some counselling places have reduced rates for low income folks. They don't necessarily shout about it but it's definitely available.
