when i was married my ex and i used to go to bed in the afternoon sometimes. He could have half an hour wake up wonderful and refreshed, me. Id either wake up feeling like shit with a thick head or be out for the count for the rest of the day and night lol

Oh I let lurve me afternoon nap

As someone who only sleeps 4 hours max, a nap is compulsory at least 3 days a week before I start feeling the need to kill

Know the feeling...not dozed on the sofa for years, I wake up feeling lousy and don't want to move

naaa they are good. Trick is to set your alarm and do not sleep more than 30 mins or so or you will go into deep sleep mode and then you will wake up feeling tired (it's really more like cheated) as your body is expecting the full 8 hours.
