if it is profile views and they never message you or wink you can be sure there not interested just trying to cherrypick your meets like some couples do with mine. In real world maybe a couple but i get eye contact and a smile I will go straight over and try my luck.

I'd say 3 glances. But then how do you know they're not looking because

A) they think they know you

B) They're temporarily calculating the balance in their bank account and you're face is helping them concentrate

C) zoned out of a conversation with friends

It's a tricky thing. If they smile at you it helps.
