We have a salad called 'Chèvre chaud' in France. You should try it's lovely if you like cheese. For instance, iceberg or batavia lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, walnuts, etc... and you get a wee slice of toasted baguette with melted goat cheese. Yum | |||
