Me, i'm awake. Had surgery yesterday and the meds have worn off so that's me wiiiiiiide awake feeling like i've been hit by a train.

4 hours a night is good for me. If I go to bed late I wake Siren up when I do come up, and if I go to bed early I wake her up at 3am when I wake up.

It's a real bugger!

its no fun not getting enough sleep, i was at the docs last week asking about something to help as am awake at 3am with hot flushes, i bought boots own sleepeze and has helped a little as doc gave me no choice
