What tog is your bed cover? I'm just back from a heatwave but struggling in bed with a really low tog. I think im 4.5 - similarly to mental age - or a rating like that. Removed and just 100% cotton sheet now. Is it just me that's cooking?

I'm hot too. I have a 3 tog cotton duvet with a cotton cover on. That's it.

It's strange, I went through one summer with a full-on winter tog, and it was gorgeous. This week, not so lucky.

I've had a chocolate milk shake to cool down, as I've no ice cream. £1.99 clotted cream Cornish in tesco atm

I don't know if my wardrobe having too many synthetics in it is causing some sort of heatquake or unusual indoors weather event here. Punished for nylons!

I have a 4 tog duvet on my bed. It's folded over to one side and I'm lying on the bed naked. I'm still too hot.

Sorry others are suffering too,it's not just me.

I was in the US heatwave until Tuesday, so thought I'd be immune to heat here. Their aircon helped though

if its -10 degrees or its chilly and Mr is in bed with me, then I sleep under the duvet. (but arse usually hangs out before long). I think its a 10 tog.. but its so old who knows

on my own, even in winter I prefer to sleep on top of it, but under my blankie with balls on.

*tip for sleeping when its super hot*.. sleep under a damp cotton sheet. works wonders
