What is it about stockings !?

Now I have a special fondness for retro vintage lingerie and especially seamed ffnylon stockings...my mother (who passed away when I was young) was a nursing sister and she would take me into the nurses lounge when I was very young as a kind of creche.

so while the nurses shed threr shoes and enjoying a cup of tea...there I would be on the floor supposedely going vroom vroom while playing with my matchbox toys but looking up the starch uniform of the nurses and was curious about the bare thigh above the stocking top !!

this early image must have corrupted me as I had a likkle bikkle hard on and from there would peruse my mums grattan catelogue pages and like the images of women girdles and corsets etc.

Now most guys love a woman in stockings (and themselves I might add)and with Freudian conclusion think the early imagery might have something to do with this.

Phew !!

In essence a woman who likes to tease in her seamed stockings is like viagra to me !

To be honest I feel the same thing so its not only men it used to turn on. It was perhaps the mystery of womens undies! It certainly seemed a bit of a ceremony to get them all on and present and correct. I had an aunt who used to wear fab cocktail dresses in the sixties and I loved that crepey bit of skin of her cleavage I thought it was sexy as hell! I also loved silk slips and a lot of my lingerie consists of stockings and slips.

I love my ff nylons corsets suspenders and girdles.....just makes me feel sexy, and nothing beats the feel of real nylons.

I'm the same. I can't work out why they are such a turn-on, but they've turned me on since childhood.

There's nothing sexier for me now to be out with a woman and to see a bit of stocking top or even a bump on her thigh that hints she is wearing stockings.

ive just like yourself i love women in stockings suspenders and heels espeically the vintage seamed stockings im allways on the look out for women thtsa waering them pity not many do i love the 40-50-style of dress too cos of the stockings and heels bring it back

yeah it's defo that little sneak pre_iew of tempting bare skin that does it. Always loved the seamed stockings too.

Wish the makers would take more care with the poppers though, they are never robust enough.

ahh you need a good suspender belt..I can't tell you a good site to get them on here as they won't let me !

Plastic and rubber ones are a useless material they just distort and loosen. I think metal and the old 'button trick' can't be beaten for security

I have always loved 50s and 60s lingerie and especially corselettes and girdles and pointy bras. Proper silk nylons with seams are gorgeous, they feel so much nicer than all the stockings that are sold mainstream but they arnt as practical as they do bag up around the knees and ankles. I do like the Playtex 18 hour girdles, i think they are sexy. I have noticed a gaining in popularity tho

Well if you do it sitting down...lift your leg onto your knee..reach under and pull the suspender strap and attach to the stocking underneath...or I'll come and do it for you

You can find some good suspender belts on that well known auction site offering 6 or 8 suspenders straps and metal fasteners.

An old friend used to do that and showed me..she used to slowly tease me and dip her toe in the fluffy cloud off stocking(sitting down)...rise it over her knee attach the front and side...kick her leg up and reach underneath to attach the back..do the other leg then stand up and bend over making the straps indent into her shapely bottom !!
