I've gained 1st 4lb since packing in the fags and have just had to change dress size on profile from 18/20 to 20

wrll at least my boobs are a bit bigger

Well done on stopping smoking. Your GP would rather you gained some weight and then dealt with that than carried on smoking, I'm sure.

really? so how comes there so many over weight people who smoke? lol

i think the reason people gain weight when they pack up smoking is because they compensate not having a fag in their hand with food, usually biscuits, anything to keep your hands busy
