I think it's only disrespectful if those terms are used to someone who is not comfortable with being called such. We all have our likes and dislikes and the most successful interactions are those where both parties respect each others' boundaries.

Going back to the definitions..I like to think I'm both - depends on the situation! But one thing's for sure, however I am at that moment, it's never put my partner (of the moment) off in any way! LOL

If a man directs a message to me on here as slut or whore, he gets sent a rather harsh message back from my Master..

If Master calls me it, that is fine and it turns me on.. if others call it me while Master is there and its with his consent.. then its fine..

Any other times they are likely to get a slap.. I never refer to myself as it outside of occassional times with my Master...

I don't think I'd call a meet a slut or a whore to begin with as I couldn't be sure whether they would enjoy being referred to as either or even be comfortable with it? Of course once they referred to themselves as such, then I know that they don't take offence and in fact may find it a turn on....when of course I can talk utter filth straight back to them for our mutual enjoyment!

Even then these labels don't all mean the same, "poseur" generally refers to a bloke's vanity, rather than his penchant for sleeping with many women. Daft as it may seem the word "stud" which actually sounds like a compliment means just this, as though long since outdated, it was assumed that for a man to sleep with lots of women he had to be virile, handsome and a great lover as women are extremely fussy about who they sleep with. The female equivalent was just seen as a slapper as generally a women could just lay on her back and say "Who wants it?" as men had a much greater desire for sex with multiple partners than women.

I think perhaps more accurately, the word "rake" is used around the Eastyorks area, for a bloke who is none too choosy about where he will stick his schlong.....

No Sassy. There does tend to be a lot of messing about by those that don't value themselves enough giving carte blanche to others to treat them the same way.

I agree with Redhead women are missing the point that THEY are labelled as something dirty for having sex even in this day and age...

Can't say it doesn't appeal at times but like others the context and partner matter first and the situation is created aftewards.

I have never liked either word and therefore would feel uncomfortable using them. To be honest when I've been with a women who referred to herself as one of these it has put me off.

I don't know why this is, I can only put it down to what the words meant to me in my formative years.

I am attracted to discerning confident permiscuous women. I just think those words describe something else, but everyone to their own.

The op asked a question, people answered it, most said negative things about it, you think its good to be called a slut. Noones asked you to change your opinion just dont expect others to change theres. Cant see anyone else up in arms about it.
