They can hurt but like others said that's part of the pleasure, especially when they first are removed. I like clover clamps too. We always limit it to 15 mins max then they come off.

You can stick the clamps other places too of course.

They were on an adjustable clamp but not wide enough

Big nipples have many advantages though.

I fancy those magnetic balls for nipples but they come in different sizes too.
