I hook behind my back. Then manhandle, jiggle and hoik them into position. I do have one longline bra that I have to do up round the front and then swivel. It's well annoying but looks ace when I finally get the bugger on.

Do up at the front and twist it around to the back. When my shoulders and hands are too painful to do that I don't bother with the bra.

I do this too. And I unhook at the back, pull one strap down one arm and slip it off, then pull the whole bra off down my other arm...saves taking my top off!

Arms in, lean forward, fill bra with boobs for optimum cuppage, hook from behind, tighten straps and jiggle.

Talc, do up, twist. Then I hook them about a bit so they're settled properly. Then I spend ages faffing with a strap that is usually all twisted
