I guess it is safe to assume that I am not the only or first person to come across someone I know pretty well in real life and realise that they have just looked at my profile or sent a wink or something. That is going to be interesting next time I am in the shop they work in and we notice each other..

I am not even saying it is a bad thing really, I t is a two way street as i recognised them. Just asking anyone of they have had this happen to them and did it work out well or badly for you ?
