No work, no hangover...straying into unknown territory today, so thought I might wander into the kitchen!!! But what to make???

I had a sausage and egg sandwich. But the sausages were special ones! Caramelised onion.

Large pan, salted butter.

Warm gently

Bacon on a tray in the oven until crispy

10floz milk

2 eggs

6oz SR flour

4oz caster sugar

1tbsp baking powder

Mix and then leave until thickened and bubbles form

Use the tablespoon as a measure for each pancake and do in batches of four

Serve with crispy bacon, maple syrup, fresh black pepper
