Sorry to read that you are feeling despondent. Do you have anyone you can talk to? Is there something coming up that you are looking forward to?

I'm going through similar feelings so I've taken myself somewhere beautiful to let that beauty help lift me up.

All things are temporary but when you're down it can feel endlessly permanent.
