Just asking why do people give you a phone number tell you to ring thme when your near their home and they will give you their address and then you find out the phone number isn't a real one?/// , I have just gone 5 miles out of my way 10 miles in total and when I tried to ring this person the number wasn't known so why bother at all.Why not just say "sorry I ambusy so cant meet" instead of wasting peoples tim. rant over

Because they never had any intention of meeting you.

It was a bloke pretending to be a woman/couple.

Someone who likes fucking people about just for a laugh.

Or some other reason.

If they don't give you their address before you've left the house, they're not like to, it's one of the many ways you can spot a timewaster, add it to your list.

Don't leave home without an address. Personally I like to have the address the night before, so I can Google it and work out where I am going. XXX

Birmingham - Selly oak

To be honest, I was meeting a guy last week and I didn't give him my house number just my road, told him when he was on my road I would give it him. He was great though and did bother to show up.

Yeah she's a wind up. Good profile though her pics are a bit fuzzy.

Central

I would not agree a meet without speaking on the phone first. It would prevent wrong number errors etc. And get a postcode to head to, even if they just state you'll meet at a bar or unidentified coffee shop etc.

This may have been an mistake rather than a deliberate abuse.

Report them to admin if you get no good feelings after messaging now.
