Hi ,for yrs I went to gyms ,enjoyable but can be quiet expensive ,so for the last yr or so I have started home training with resistant bands, core training ,running and cycling and feel a lot fitter and have more money in my purse lol ,today I bought one of those exercise wheels has anybody used one and are they good ?

have used them a few times at work but my obs are shit lol some of the blokes at work can get really low with them
