Losing the ability

What is going on. I have lost my back arrow!!!!!! It's driving me insane is it a fab thing or my phone thing. But having to use the close to start again is bugging me!!!!!!

Switch off, switch back on again, hit it with the rolling pin, drop it down the toilet, then claim for accidental damage on your insurance
