I kind of hope people don't watch too much when I work out. I've seen my "deadlift face" in the mirror and it aint pretty - I noticed last time I pulled a PR that I lose all coulor in my lips, but the rest of my face looks like a beetroot....

I'm kind of staff at mine, so I'm always helping the lads out. And it's certainly lovely to see the results of dedicated hard work. I've worked part time since school days in fitness and had many an eye full.

I've found guys appreciative of knowledge and encouragement. I've Fabbed a few great users body pics on this thread.

Nope - once my headphones are on then I'm in a world of my own for an hour. I've had the occasional guy try to engage but they just get half a smile and then I crack on with my workout.
