I'd bought my daughter her very first ever CD. Driving home, playing it in the car CD player it hit me that that very moment would probably be a memory that stays with her forever. Well I welled up like a baby, having to look out the window so she didn't see lol.

Last night our cat got run over and I had to tell the children.

Then it reminded me of loosing Dicks mum, my best mates mum and my mum all within 6 months of each other... A really Shitty time.

I had a bit of a cry with a refugee frind of mine. He has been suffering depression for about a year; and you know what's it's like, you try and help people put things in perspective and sometimes you have to recall some bad times in your own life and how you came through them to offer advice...

I think at one point we were both a bit teary eyed; but I am happy to report he "may" have turn a corner and it was cathartic for me... life is a long old journey eh?

A couple of weeks back when I saw a kid that was doing intense therapy to help her walk after docs told her parents she never, ever would.

Taking unaided steps across the room to her so very proud mum!

A real life miracle, and I happened to get grit in my eyes at the exact same time too!
