I took part in a 5km Parkrun on Saturday and a 10km race last night. Looking at my fellow Lycra clad runners I wondered how many of them might also be fabbers. Is there a secret sign to help identify us?

Well, obviously, who is on near etc. Otherwise check out your local Hash Hash Harriers, drinking club with a running problem.

Good tip one of my friends keeps encouraging me to have a go a Hashing ... now I understand why! As for Hash Hash Harriers, that's a whole different problem

Just around the corner

I do both, and I have to admit to needing to mentally remind myself which club I'm with on occasions.

Not just me that finds the sight of tight Lycra an aphrodisiac then!

Given your location at least 1 other runnerving probably was!

Tried the who's nearby app. Two draw backs. 1. It is not geographically specific enough. 2. The gorgeous brunette in Lycra did not have a phone with her.

Oh well back to the drawing board!!

10K for me in Hertfordshire tomorrow. Perhaps having pure thoughts is the best option. It's not easy running with a hard-on!

Hitchin hard? I looked at that half but it looks brutal. And quite aptly named given your comment!
