Lettuce

Gherkins

Fresh baked seeded wholemeal

3 slices

Salted butter

Shredded ham hock

Coat ham in Jack Rat Chutney

Fry until caramelised

Layer ham with hot home made onion and chilli jam

Then bread

Then repeat

Then eat

Pulled pork is one I can never get. Sounds lovely and looks nice but whenever I have it I always get a sense of 'meh' afterwards, I'm obviously not having it the right way!!

Really wrong white sliced bread like Sunblest, butter, ketchup, fish fingers and cheese coleslaw

Or - brown seeded bread with butter a plain omlette and grated cheese

My guilty pleasure is white bread with grated mature white cheddar and sliced white onion and plenty of it....then stored in a bag in the sunshine or warm place for an hour or more till its squashed and sweaty! Heaven! Hahahaha. I know it sounds gross but sweaty cheese n onion picnic butties are the best.
