Dear Friends Fabbers and Forumites

I hope you have had a glorious day, those jolly meteorologists chaps made a blunder, and in a good way. We were expecting rain and thunder of a biblical proportion. It’s been hot and sunny here , so keep it up lads.

Home from work we mowed the Lawn, or should I say I did pooch slumbered under a shay tree , pretending to read A Brief History of Time ( ok hands up who has actually finished that book?) .

Once the Lawn was mowed I popped my pooped body in to my glorious hammock

Oh my, what a momentous day for Astronaut Tim Peak. He is heading back to our little blue planet after six splendid months orbiting the earth. Our splendid British hero has walked about in space , sent countless brilliant messages back home, even ran the London Marathon.

Pooch and I have seen his little space station hurtle in the heavens above us on our nightly walks. Yes we did wave. We both felt the thrill of seeing the International Space Station slip seamlessly across the heavens .

Tim we salute you

And in honour of our bold explorer pooch and I have got our heads together while in our hammock and come up with this question for you chaps and chapesses.

If you were sent to live on a space station for three months and only allowed to bring three personal items with you, what would they be?

The straw and string necklace, made my son.. Aged, 4- which I wore proudly during 3 weeks of jury service..

My brothers guitar pleck, hand made from a Costa Coffee loyalty card.

Pressed flowers, left on my pillow.. By someone, who I love beyond any planets in the universe.
