So it seems they've been handed a suspended disqualification.

Good!

Means nothing. Their target was solely to get one good lash at the English supporters and they achieved it pretty easily the scumbags. They don't have the balls to suspend anyone

Canterbury

It would take more than the spineless bureaucrats at EUFA to suspend the next hosts of the World Cup, regardless of what the fans get up to.

The difference in cultures is amazing. According to some press sources various Russian 'officials' have praised the actions of the Russian hooligans and called them 'real men'.

They also said that men in the West are more likely to be see at a Gay Pride event.

English fans will always be a target since, as the Russian hooligans put it, the English are seen as the previous top dogs of the holligan pile.

Not any more. The rules have changed and now the FAs are responsible for fans outside the stadia too.

How can they police what their fans do outside of stadiums?

You may have found it rather easy to point the finger of blame at the Russian fans. The same goes for the police.

Football fans tend to be easy to spot. Also the police use intelligence to find out what is and has happened. That is how people get prosecuted.
