I find it a huge turn off:

I have a freind who had clit piercing done and lost all sensation in her clit.

It affected her , mentally, very badly.

That's the accepted risk when you cut your clitoris. Scar tissue is to be expected.

As mentioned, almost no one has their clitoris pierced.
