I think a lot of us like to fail or put barriers in place to ensure we do. It's some weird psychology going on in our heads.

Successful failure is a failure to be successful which when there is an intent to fail is also a Successful failure of success. Which can also be classified as a successful attempt at failing to be successful. So in essence failure may be a success when there is the aim of failing to be successful.
