Bacon barm with brown sauce and butter in about five minutes. Kids out with their aunty and uncle so off for a carvery later and a few beers then a afternoon nap on the couch.

The bit of solitude can be welcome. That's one of the reasons I love going out on the waves, even when it's a bit flat. Just a shame it's messy out there at the mo. I'll give it another hour and if it gets better I'm going in!! (Eternal optimists that I am!) Hehe!
