My general thought is no, although I'd love to see Scotland go indy!

It's less than 2 years since the #indyref.

It would take an overwhelming majority of Scotland's voters to vote stay before another referendum could happen so soon in my opinion.

Maybe 65% or above, but that's not likely given Scotlands demographics (large elderly population).

Are you suggesting an English Referendum to get rid of Scotland, followed by another EU referendum to get rid of Europe?

People will start rioting

Not enough people in Scotland can vote in to make a difference. There would have to be a huge turnout in Scotland and a landslide IN vote and a low turnout in England with a narrow OUT margin.

There are all sorts of (not very nice) possibilities of the English voting OUT and Wales and Scorland voting IN.

A break up of the United Kingdom with England standing alone at the white cliffs of Dover snarling like a bulldog across the channel is not really a future that I would want to be s part of.

We vote as a nation, Scotland may well vote one way but the result stands as a collective of the UK.

Scottish independence is an entirely different issue and if recent reports are accurate SNP support is waning and support for the Union growing.

what if; green men from Mars land tomorrow!!!

too many what if's.

Fact is; I have come across very few in Scotland who actually want to remain part of EU, and all the SNP members who I know are also voting to leave, some have printed out their completed postal vote and display it on car for all to see.

There are only a handful of friends I know who are voting to remain and these are wealthy neighbours who have moved into the affluent village due to quality of housing, and they are also "English".

The snp will get a big shock on the amount of Scots wanting to leave the EU, - as will you, I expect

If England became a sole nation why on earth would we be snarling ac cross the white cliffs of Dover ?

I don't remember anyone saying Scotland would be snarling from Hadrians wall ?
