In January 2009 there were 41 posts on this forum. In January 2010 there were 1231 posts. In January 2011 there were 1349 posts. I wonder how these figures compare with the unemployment ones!! Or with a new series on telly or the drop in the birth rate......

There were probably more words typed in those 41 threads than all of the 1349 threads this January.

It could have something to do with it coincided with the forums being opened in 2009 ( I think, but times flies so I could be wrong )

There was a period of time when the new owners took over the site that the forums were down for months. Perhaps that coincides with the low number of posts in Jan 2009.

Yeah, if I remember rightly the forums got shut before the new owners took over as they got hacked or something

What I was really pondering over was the figures in comparison with what was going on offline... less babies being born etc...
