Just hit a pothole in the road, CV joint? Distorted disc? Suspension? Track rod ends?

Garage is frightening me, extremely well.

Flipping holes, feel a metaphor coming on??

Ah so do you admit intentionally driving into the pot hole....

Or do you admit driving without due care and attention...

Nah seriously though ,,,,,, the state of some roads is fuk'in atrocious....

Pot-holes must be a nightmare for motor cyclists ......

People have had considerable success in getting compensation from councils for damage from potholes .

When one finds oneself in a hole, what dose one do?

Pain in the .... So they say..

Drain failed, road dropped, to much rain, circus was passing, gods fault.

What's that clause again....

A friend of mine had the same happen to him on his bike. Got it repaired that afternoon an went back the next day to get pics for proof an they had been out an already filled it in. He needed a new wheel, tyre and forks and couldn't claim anything back.

As long as you can show they "were aware" and had failed to remedy it then you can claim.

The website mentioned above is where you report them and/or see if they've already been reported.

If so you'll get it recovered.
