For tonight's pudding I decided to make a chocolate-lime cheesecake. I'd totally forgotten how much I loved chocolate limes as a kid, yet whenever we have a sweet thread, it's easy to forget the lesser known ones.

So, what else can you remember buying a 1/4 of, in a little white paper bag, from an old lady with a shop full of large glass jars?

Mr ddc

Have you been practising being good while I'm away? If so I might detour from coach station on way home and get you your sweet of choice.

Those Barley Sugar Sticks must qualify as most dangerous sweet - they could be sucked to a sharp sword-like point.
