I've found a few genuine friends along the way. I wasn't expecting that at all when I joined. Those friendships have literally been lifesaving at times.

I've also found that I'm not as totally undesirable as I always thought I was. That's given me hope and self-belief and has helped me in ways that go way beyond the confines of Fab.

I have also realised in last couple of days how many people are on this site.

A few weeks ago a neighbour popped up. I already know a lady down my street swings as she knows I do too (although we never speak of it!) and then yesterday my next door but one neighbour messaged me on here too! 3 houses all within sight of mine - gonna change the name to Fab Street!
