Used to suffer alot worse as a kid used to struggle to open my eyes in the mornings had to use drops and they used to sting and weep luckily don't get that now thank goodness just mild symptoms.

Same as you mate. When I was a kid had to have days off school when they cut the grass. Don't even need tablets anymore. Since my late 20es. Don't know why tho.

I'm suffering badly too. I-m taking tablets, using eye drops and 2 different nose sprays but they aren't helping much.

I find if i put a bit of vaseline up my nose and around my eyes it helps as it prevents the pollen going in as much.

I used to have hayfever years ago but I reader in a heath book that if you have local honey from Heath shop not the refined stuff honey that's not clear it still as pollin in it and your body gets use to it and you don't suffer not more

I use in in my drinks as a sweeter it took two years but I not suffer no more

It's worth a try

Glasgow/London

heed some advice for the OP and anyone else seeking OTC remedies:

A lot of sprays/tablets/syrups are marketed as hayfever/allergy magic cures, but look at the active ingredient.

A cheap tesco antihistamine and otrivine will often do the trick
