ok all this sunshine - who has turned what colour - my body quite brown now but face is peuce - i have just waded through a mountain of ironing and had a hot shower but i am looking 'hot'

I'm fortunate in that I go naturally brown, not that I sit in the sun much but just walking the dog or going shopping & I look like I've had a nice lazy week away

I must look quite tanned as I was asked in the shop before if I'd been away for half term

I've been gardening today, pretty much all day. My back is bright pink with some slim white vest strap lines. However my front and my face are virtually untouched by the sun!

My face and neck are light but not brown. My shoulders and tops of arms bright red.

The rest of me whiter than white apart from the red blotches where I've had psoriasas
