Jelly and ice cream. Dont do that anymore. My sister got hers out last year and it was a proper meal she had to eat before they let her out.

She said it was a painful, but shes glad she got them out. The ammount of time off work she was having was silly. There wasnt a month going past that she wasnt ill.

Had them out aged 22.

Agony. Worst experience of my life.

On the plus side, you lose a shit-ton of weight though. Kerching.

Had them done years ago. Had the jelly and ice cream. Then managed to get to the toilet before projectile vomiting like Regan out the Exorcist. My sister had to get a nurse!

After i threw up i was fine though.

Had mine out age 21. Top tip I was given by a nurse was to gargle with disolvable pain killers an hour before eating.

Hope it helps

Had mine taken out when I was 19. The made me eat toast about 4 hours after! Think of your worst ever bout of tonsilitis and its 10 times worst than that.
