Hello chums its another gorgeous North Wales day. Pooch and I will soon be out wandering the wooded glades and hillsides.

The colours and fragrances of the countryside are just so spiffing.

We have a full day planned and a jolly BBQ planned .

I am now home from the gym. I totally killed the chest in a 2hr session and 5k cardio on the treadmill, now I will be home all day and relax and eat every 2hrs, starting with post workout meal, 200g chicken and 100g rice, carbs, carbs carbs and more carbs mmmmm

Phew we're having a heat wave , a tropical heat wave !

at one point today I even took my shirt off , but not my Panama hat , one has standards ,
