I (fem) enjoy them, although I haven't been for a number of years. Most are nice, clean, friendly places to visit, I've chatted to the dancers and staff at them and they have all be really nice.

Last time I went, it was me and 7 guys for a mates birthday

Ditto. Quite enjoy them in other countries where you'll get a good grope, maybe a HJ. But in this country they strike me as entirely pointless from a customer perspective.

went in a newly opened one, the first in Dublin/Ireland. The night was ruined by bouncers coming up behind praising the women and persuading us to tip the girls. Went out within 5 minutes, overpriced all and sleazy as fuck, no thanks.

I found them a little bit fake, like the dancers were trying a bit too hard to be nice just to encourage you to spend money but I did go to a strip pub on a quiet evening and got into a nice conversation with two Brazilian dancers about Brazil and had a nice game of pool with one of them so I suppose it all depends.

I like them used to go 1 a lot with a friend get you in the mood before going a nightclub. Used to sit in the seats we called A1 and A2. Never spent much mine used to get a free entry from a promoter on the street before 11, got a bit awkward when I started seeing a girl who worked there though. The whole dynamic is different with girls approaching men I can see how some shy men like that aspect.

TBH I've never felt the need to frequent a lap dancing bar in the UK they just feel so money oriented!!!

Now Medicine Hat in Canada that's another matter there were quite a few strip bars there in the 80's where you could lean back on the stage with the money rolled up & held between your lips & the young lady would come take your money with various parts of there anatomy

Yes I know it's still money oriented but a damn fine way to blow your cash
