Just got the book at the weekend and finding it hard to get into anyone else read it and found it hard to start off and get into reading it.?

When ever that happens to me I just read the last page and find out who the killer is or in this case the swunger.

I borrowed it from the library about a year ago. It had been in stock for about 3 years and I was the first borrower.

One of the Scottish Sunday broadsheets did its best to plug the book when it was first published. It clearly didn't work.

Morrison used to be something of a regular in a well known hostelry at the top of Byres Rd but I've not seen him there for some time.

The book? I couldn't finish it either.
