Sun stroke

Went to the beach yesturday don't think I put enough cream on and got Sun stroke note to everyone keep chucking on the Sun cream lol.

Sun cream will not prevent sun stroke.

You need to keep hydrated and out of the sun.

Thanks for the advice didn't d*unk much fluid yesterday so one of the reasons which caused it.

It's possible to die following heat stroke, so ensure that you are being treated appropriately and monitored.

It's an awful experience, so check your body temperature and get help if it is raised.

i was in finland a few years back it was june and i burnt following day i felt sooo ill think it was sunstroke
