Definitely this, and the old saying of two steps forward, one step back. If you know the path you want to be on , stay on that path, obstacles will arise and moments of relapse occur but you sound like a strong lady.

Just look at it as your where near the top of the ladder but you have come down one step....not gone all the way to the bottom
