We are off on hols last week of this month. We are going to Malta. Does anyone know if there is a scene there? Anyone heard of any clubs or anyone out there fancy a meet?

When I was in Malta.. ( granted ten years ago ) I was told off by several people for having bars shoulders.

there is no swinging clubs at all in malta but there is forum to meet up with other swingers there .

Ooo it must be about 16 years since I was in Malta, but I loved every second. We went to a carnival and it was bizarre. Loads of people carrying statues of Jesus, but all wearing quite strange clothes and make up etc, similar to a Mardi gras kind of thing, I loved it.

If I remember rightly there werent that many beaches in Malta but the island of Gozo is gorgeous. We went on a boat trip and swam in the really clear waters there, lovely. No idea about swinging, I was a good girl then and wouldnt have indulged in anything so rude

I still think there's fun to be had on The Gut. Other contributors disagree.

thanks all sounds like it goes on a bit but must be careful and discreet. I followed grannycrumpet's advice and googled. Problem is the so say maltese swingers are from uk and like us joined just before a brief holiday in one case 3 years ago. Anyone out there now, do get in touch...

the gut or straight street to use its correct name nowadays runs parallel to the main street in Valetta, it is pretty narrow and therefore resembles a gutter or the gut the slang for it during the WWII and the following years of Malta being a posting for the Navy and RAF.
