New cat on the block

Nasty fucker

It's attacked the pooch twice in last 3 days

Not happy with the basic attack it then follows you up the road hissing n spitting

No idea who it belongs to. It's just appeared

Poor pooch has a total WTF face

Anyone had issues with aggressive cats

Other than a pillow case and a canal, how do you deal with them ?*

* I'd never hurt it really but it is a bastard

I have three cats and one this new one came into our house one evening spitting and snarling at my ladies and my daughter who totally freaked out ... now when I see it anywhere near the house I spit and snarl at it. It looks a bit freaked out and does a runner, my cats look relieved and the neighbours draw their curtains closer together (they say its because of the ducks, but I an not so sure) .... I do snarl at the cat though

This

Cats get utterly weirded out when you mimic them.

My son has long conversations with ours in his special cat voice .... hilarious, especially as he is 17 and basically a boy racer ...

I was stood meowing at my mum's cat a few weeks ago and every time I meowed she looked behind her incredibly confused

Normally I just chat to her & wonder why she doesn't respond.

Paintball gun (just kidding).

Call animal control or the SPCA in your city. Chances are good he's cranky because he's ill and needs treatment or quarantine.

Grantham

We have such a terror in our neighborhood. He scare the cats, dogs and people. Even jumped in the kitchen window next door and onto the unsuspecting Mrs's back. She screamed.

He's terrorised 2 of mine and then one day he met my 3rd. She's 17 and a bit frail. But she's still boss. Not sure quite what she said to him but he's not been back

I was considering water deterrents.

Seriously. Don't use the paintball gun.

Don't try to handle him yourself, but get somebody professional to collect him and check him out. Our SPCA spay/neuters feril cats and releases them (if they're healthy) as a population breeding control.

If you douse your entryway sills with ground white pepper he won't try to come inside.

No welfare organisation will pick a cat up for being aggressive. There isn't the room. We had one on our street kept attacking my bulldog. I brought a small water pistol and sprayed it if it came near. Soon sorted the problem

Put a paper collar on it with a note explaining and maybe the owners will get it done
