Following on from the disco thread... what's your favourite Motown song?

I'm always between Heatwave by Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Try A Little Tenderness by Otis Redding and Be My Baby by the Ronettes.

Papa Was A Rolling Stone and Get Ready (The Temptations), Reach Out I'll Be There (The Four Tops), Uptight and Master Blaster (Jammin') (Stevie Wonder), Tracks Of My Tears (Smokey Robinson & The Miracles) all get me as do many more....but probably my favourite ever is Heaven Must Have Sent You by The Elgins just has my toes tapping and fills me with joy every time I hear it.

Tami Terrell - All I Do

I believe it never came out until a Motown Box Set was released a few years back.

Crazy, as its extraordinarily beautiful (very different to Stevie W'a version of his own song).

When I've played when DJ, people often ask who it is. More than any other song.
