I must have missed the memo then, allowing anyone who uses two wheels on a road to be exempt from all highway rules and regulations. Ie motor and pedal cyclists it would seem can speed run red lights ride on pavements weave in and out of traffic not stop at zebra crossings for pedestrians..shall I go on..!

Cyclists and motorcyclists are allowed to drive in this manner to avoid

Mini cab drivers

People who think that they can open their car door for not traffic without using mirrors

People who don't check to see if it's safe to change lanes in slow moving traffic

Bus drivers

Motorists with an unearned sense of entitlement

Sales representatives in their company cars

Bike blind drivers

Parents who let their kids do "the Hokey Cokey " on the pavement

Arseholes in general

"And also motorcyclists when do u ever see them doing the speed limit?"

Frequently. I often see car drivers breaking the limit though. Or driving too close to vehicles in front, or pulling out to overtake parked vehicles on their side of the road, forcing motorcyclists and pedal cyclists to pull out of their way or come to a complete stop.

I'm a cyclist and I agree nothing is more annoying than seeing someone jumping a red light, or mounting the pavement to avoid traffic.

"And also motorcyclists when do u ever see them doing the speed limit?"

About as often as you see a car driver using his brain.

When kids make a sudden launch into the road while their parents are checking Facebook or whatever, and they grab them just in time leaving one leg to flap out into the traffic

Totally aagree with the OP. I have never seen a car do anything illegal or dangerous. And no car has ever been in an accident ever.

Of course I can't think of anything I could ever accuse drivers of in a patronising and massively generalised way because of the "fact" that their all the same..

So I won't even bother to try because it's not worth the effort.

You can legally go in between stationary vehicles, when on two wheels. This is called filtering. You can't do it when traffic is moving, as it is undertaking.

As for RLJ, I am get fucked off with the amount of cyclist who do this. I tend to have a word, once I have caught them up.

I personally believe if the person is stupid enough to jump red lights the be prepared to get hit, you can't expect everyone else to abide the laws when you are stupid enough to break them.

Hmmm same goes for cars, can't believe the amount that want to get past you on any road. So bit of a mute argument there.

I will add I get fed up with car driver getting in my way, as a cyclist I can't get done for speeding but keep getting slowed down by the mobile coffins.

Everyday I see at least one car/van driver using there mobile (not hands free), eating, drinking, smoking, combing hair, doing make up etc when they're supposed to be concentrating on the road.

Never see a motorcyclist doing that
