what you all having for sunday lunch ??

roast chicken with carrots green beans mash tats yorkshire puds gravy stuffing yum yum

for pud apple crumble with nice cream custard with glass wine to wash it down with .

I COOKED MYSELF A SLOW COOK PORK GOULASCH ON FRIDAY AND IVE HAD IT FOR DINNER every day since ...it was bloody delicious ill be sorry when its gone ...

little tip try the epicure tuscan bean mix to add to any stew its really fab has all different beans and pearl barley already soaked and cooked .

i made big lasagne yesterday with loads chilly innit was lush had that for lunch ,having roast for tea tnight i love cooking .

I "cheat" by using a ready made rub but it's a mixture of all spice and pimentos rub into the chicken and marinated. I usually marinate for a minimum of 12 hours!

Some "jerk" blows your head off, I tend to only use a little pepper!

so its fairly spicy then? but not like a curry kinda spicy..
